Sutton-in Ashfield (UK)

For the Sutton-in-Ashfield’s premises of the American group Crown Holdings Inc., world leader in metal solutions for packaging, the company Fava has supplied an unscrambling and conveying system with pucks to handle nylon containers with capacity 220ml and just 5.5g weight, bound to be put into tins for shaving foam (the exclusive “bican” technology that enables to keep product separate from propellant).
Output: 19,500bph.
The peculiarity of the system is to work soft and non-constant-shaped containers and to be provided with vision systems for the rejection of defective pieces and the recycling of the ones being in a position not sufficiently correct to go on with the following processing phase.
