Soap bubbles line
Founded in 1938, Dulcop is the largest manufacturer of soap bubbles and ‘GiocabolleTM’ in Europe with a range of 300 reference of licensed products and generics.
In addition to its own brand, Dulcop manufactures and sells soap bubbles and toys branded: Disney, Marvel, Mattel, Sanrio, Smurfs, Sponge Bob and many others.
The production and logistics cover an area of over 10.000 sqm. Dulcop sells its products in more than 50 countries.
In summer 2014, Fava has designed and manufactured for Dulcop an unscrambler for increasing the output of the ‘classical 60ml container’ line: the machine, model 2050 E is designed for working at high speed.
It has been integrated with the existing storage system for the containers (which Dulcop produces in-house).
Starting from the system design, the greatest attention has been paid to safety. Safety, from the production process to the finished products, has always been extremely important for Dulcop whose products already comply with the new rules into force in June 2015 for classification, packaging and labelling of components and preparations.
