ITALCHIMICA – Padua
The company Italchimica s.r.l., for over 25 years engaged in the manufacture of cleansing products, has trusted to Fava Artemio & C.’s experience for the installation of a storing, in-feeding, unscrambling and orientating system of remarkable extent. The plant is composed of three parts:
− a storing system with movable and stackable little silos;
− a line mainly made up of a rotary unscrambler model 2300 E and a linear orientator OL PN EL able to work trigger containers with an output of 8.000bph;
− a line devoted to the handling of 5l tanks with handle that comprises a rotary unscrambler model 2800 E and a linear orientator OL PN, for an output of 3.500bph (the fastest in Europe for this kind of product).
