KEMECO – Palermo

The second installation delivered in the year 2010 to the Sicilian detergent producer Kemeco is made up of an unscrambling, orientating and conveying system for 1l and 1.25l shaped containers of the new line Rio Casamia. The unscrambler R 2800 E and orientator OL EL infeed a series of vacuum conveyors connecting to the filler with an output of 11,000bph. Downstream filling, a slat band conveyors system enables to shunt empty bottles in different end of lines. This last supply, the third in the Palermo workshop, further consolidates the relation established, based on mutual reliance and cooperation.
