L’Oréal Rambouillet – Faproreal – France

For the L’Oréal plant of Rambouillet (France), also known as FAPROREAL, Fava Artemio e C. supplied a belt conveyors system which is part of a project, lately put into action by the multinational corporation in their shampoo plant, aimed at increasing production and rationalize resources.
The supply is composed of eight vibrating stations for big bags unloading and a belt conveyors system for the feeding of as many filling lines. Each of the eight conveyors systems includes a modular elevator with hopper, a fire break chute, elevated belt conveyors with final chute and a reversible conveyor that feeds either the line or the reintegration box used for the emptying.
The machinery supplied represents a new concept of organizational efficiency that, thanks to the optimization of the different production phases, allows to improve manufacturing performances, ergonomics and work safety. On this latter aspect, fundamental for the group, a particular focus was set, for example by eliminating any possible interference between operator and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles).
The system obtained the validation of Bureau Veritas, international certifying organisation, both in its entirety and the single parts, passing the reliability test of safety-related machine controls.
Fava wish to thank L’Oréal’s team for the trust granted on occasion of this outstanding supply, installed in the main production site of the French multinational corporation.
