Neromodena – glaze with balsamic vinegar of Modena line
Neromodena is a prestigious producer of balsamic vinegar (Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP and Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP) located in the countryside of Modena.
The company has established itself as the modern manufacturer of vinegar.
Its vocation is to revisit the tradition without distorting it and to offer products in tune with current trends of the modern gastronomy. The company has also developed over the year, around the concept of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, a complete range of products.
For its new balsamic vinegar glaze line, Neromodena has purchased an unscrambling system from Fava.
The system is composed of an elevator, an unscrambler model 1260 and a vacuum table top conveyor for the connection to the filler. It handles 250ml and 500ml HDPE cylindrical bottles at a speed of 6.600bph.
This project confirms once again the suitability of Fava’s machines for the vinegar glaze lines.
