SACI INDUSTRIE S.p.A. – Ponte San Giovanni (PG)
Saci Industrie, important manufacturer of liquid household detergents, was supplied with two unscrambling and orientating systems to handle shaped PET and HDPE bottles. Both plants consist of a rotary unscrambler model 3350 E and a linear orientator OL EL assembled together in a monobloc: this solution guarantees at the same time, a cost and space reduction and a considerable line efficiency and regularity. The PET line handles four bottles (1250mL and 1500mL) with only one equipment at 9,000bph, whereas the HDPE line works three 3/4L bottles with handle, reaching an output of 6,500bph. This supply adds up to the ones already delivered beforehand, achieving a total of four systems and reinforcing the partnership between Fava and Saci.
